We want our customers to have information and transparency for their product purchase and what it is constructed of. That is why we choose to partner solely with environmentally sourced manufacturers and suppliers that share our desire to create a better, more sustainable future.

Indy Collective's athleisure wear is manufactured and sourced from suppliers who have strict policies and practices revolving production.  Having facilities undergo 6 month evaluations to ensure all ethical standards and guidelines are being met and maintained. Our crewneck t-shirts & sweatshirts are made from the finest quality SUPIMA® & GOTS certified cotton. That is 100% cozy & 100% organically traciable.

SUPIMA® Certified Cotton Tees

The SUPIMA® trademark is the consumers’ guarantee that the branded textile product they are buying contains U.S.- Grown Pima Cotton. By licensing the entire supply chain (that’s right, the entire supply chain), Supima provides added assurance to customers that SUPIMA® trademarked goods are made with 100% U.S. Pima cotton. 100% comfortable, and 100% sustainably tracible.

As a premium, extra-long staple cotton, great care is taken to preserve the fiber’s premium qualities. This is particularly evident during the ginning process, when the seed is removed from the fiber. All Supima cotton is ginned on “roller gins” that operate at much lower speeds in order to gently separate the fiber from the seed. In contrast, regular cotton is processed by high-speed “saw gins” which use a more aggressive system to break the fiber away from the seed. All of Indy Collective’s long and short sleeve t-shirts are made with SUPIMA® Certified Cotton.

GOTS Certified Sweatshirts, Sweatpants and French Terry Shorts

As a continuation of our commitment to sustainability and traceability, our crewnecks, hoodies, joggers, and shorts are made with fleece that is 100% GOTS certified organic. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.

From the harvesting of the raw materials to the labelling, this is credible assurance to the end consumer that they are receiving an organically produced product.

You will see these special GOTS markings on the tags and packaging of our fleece products indicating this certification which is of massive importance in authenticating and verifying organic standards. The aim of the standard is to define internationally recognized requirements that ensure organic status of the entire apparel garment.

Sustainable Food for Livestock

One of the most valuable bi-products of the seed is cottonseed oil. After crushing the seed to extract the oil, the seed hull is an important source of protein that can be integrated into feed mixes for livestock
