PRIVACY & SAFETY

In a world full of electronics it is now more important than ever to ensure your personal data is kept safe. Indy Collective will collect, names, addresses and payment information when processing orders. This data is kept safe due to a 3rd party encryption site that we have partnered with to ensure all personal data provided for transactions is secure. We do not store this information after orders are processed and shipped. The only information Indy Collective will keep is contact info by choice of the customer only.  Once your order is placed you will receive an email ensuring we have processed it, including an estimated shipping date. Once processed and shipped, you will then receive another email providing you with shipping information to track your item. 

Return Policy

Custom orders are made-to-order and NO refunds will be accepted.

For all other orders, refunds can be initiated within the 15 day return window that begins once you receive the item. The item must be returned in the SAME condition as it was when you received it. Returns can be denied if returned in different condition.

 

You will:

1. Reach out to Indy Collective via email to initiate the refund process.

2. You will receive an email with a form to be filled out and pre-paid shipping label.

3.Fill out form, and ship your item back to us with all required forms inside.

*Refunds are subject to approval, if item is not received in same condition as you received it in Indy Collective reserves the right to deny refunds. Again, custom orders are made to order no refunds will be accepted.

4. Once received, and approved, a full refund of purchase will be returned to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days, time may vary based on financial institution.

Shipping Policy

Once your ordered is placed your will receive a confirmation email. Once your ordered has been shipped you will receive a second email containing all items in the shipment and a tracking number. We offer free shipping on orders $50+, and a standard shipping rate of $8 for orders $50 and below. If you need expedited shipping please contact us via email or state this in the notes section upon check out and an Indy Collective representative will be in touch with you asap.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You will then receive a confirmation email. Orders are then packaged, shipped, and received normally within 5-7 days. Contact us directly if there is not a favorable shipping method upon check out.
