  • How do I submit a custom order request?
    For custom orders there is a listing under each category (i.e crewneck, t-shirt) where you will purchase and provide the needed information for your custom order request. Once purchased you will receive an email ensure we received your request and any other infromation pertaining to your order. OR You can email us at maklivin@indycollectiveco.com *Please note that custom embroidered orders are made to order and NO refunds will be accepted.
  • How long is the turn around time for custom orders?
    Turn around time is dependent on the magnatiude and detailing of each custom order. But typically custom orders are completed within 1-2 weeks. *Please note that due to higher than normal inqury volume and Covid-19 turn around time maybe longer or shorter. Owner will communicate all needs and estimated time frames with customer directly. Ensuring to work with customer to the best of her abiltiy to make sure all parties involved are taken care of appropriately.
  • What do I do if I need to return an item?
    If you need to return an item you will follow the instructions under the Returns section or email us at maklivin@indycollectiveco.com. All returns are subject to approval, with Indy Collective holding the right to deny returns if it does not meet required guidelines for return. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns with your order we are here and happy to assist you to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. *Please note that custom orders are made to order therefore, no refunds will be accepted.
  • How can I find out about wholesale oppertunites?
