For all other orders, refunds can be initiated within the 15 day return window that begins once you receive the item. The item must be returned in the SAME
condition as it was when you received it. Returns can be denied if returned in different condition.

2. You will receive an email with a form to be filled out and pre-paid shipping label.
3.Fill out form, and ship your item back to us with all required forms inside.

4. Once received, and approved, a full refund of purchase will be returned to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days, time may vary based on financial institution.
